The book “Noninvasive Methods in Cardiology 2024” include the results from close cooperation with Masaryk University and the university of Minnesota. The editors and authors present the results of chronobiology and variability of blood pressure in healthy subjects and patients with hypertension and ischemic coronary diseases, The results were presented at the meeting in Masaryk University, Brno. The variability of night to day ratio specified from 24 h ambulatoty blood pressure monitoring is very large in seven days in individual subject, The reliability of the Ambulatory Arterial Stiffness Index, computed from ambulatory blood pressure monitoring (ABPM) records, was found to accurately reflect arterial stiffness in population studies, but the large uncertainty associated with its determination may limit its use for the management of individual patients. Prof. Y. Watanabe (Japan) contributed new results on the chronotherapy of blood pressure using nutraceuticals such as Kalahari watermelon.
