pollinpollin14(Jan. 2, 2016, 8:11 p.m.) The book is not neither deep nor definitive guide as is said at github repository. The good and funny part is as it shows the javascript code generate by TypeScript's compiler. But there are a lot of of bad things. Between they are:
* Several misspellings and typo errors * Assumes a lot of knowlogment of the reader * Uses concepts before explicate them and it says if it will be explicated in other chapter. * In the impress version (PDF) the index is useless because it has not numbers of the pages only the chapter number * The examples are very simple and poor explication. I can remember "currying* and "tuplas" examples that does not show the real value of this concepts * Some code examples require horizontal scroll and the impress version they are cut
I do not recommend this book. I think is better read the official documentation.
