It is normal for all universities to have incorporated artificial intelligence research. Many articles, papers, and theses have been written in the last two years. This reflects the importance of the topic in all fields, but especially in the university setting, it is crucial for the development of educational programs tailored to the demands of the context. The objective of this book is to present research on AI by professors in Peru, Honduras, Panama, and Venezuela, from different contexts and perspectives. Various methodologies have been used depending on each objective. The conclusions range from the need for an epistemic construction emerging from universities to the perspectives of the tourism and public sectors on the matter. It is important to emphasize that these topics must be promoted by universities.
