This volume collects the proceedings of the conference held in Bologna in 2024 to mark the centenary of Alberto Manzi's birth. The contributions, which constitute a broader reworking of the presentations, aim to open new and innovative avenues of research on Alberto Manzi, both in the historical-educational and pedagogical-didactic fields. The work is enriched by school memoirs from former students and collaborators, aimed at reflecting on the legacy of the celebrated teacher, protagonist of It's Never Too Late and embedded in the collective memory, yet still deserving of further research due to his multifaceted contribution to the renewal of Italian society and education in the post-World War II period.
