This volume arises from the collaboration between the Department of Private Law and Legal Criticism at the University of Padua and the Oggi e Domani Foundation, within the 2023 Third Mission project dedicated to exploring legal instruments supporting people with disabilities. Through a systematic analysis, the text illustrates the functioning of the measures established by Law no. 112 of 2016, highlighting their similarities and differences. The goal is to provide families, operators, and professionals with practical guidance in creating pathways for a more aware, sustainable, and rights-respecting “After Us” framework for the people involved.
