Wo Wissensdifferenzen sich vervielfältigen, entstehen neue Herausforderungen der Vermittlung. Wie ermöglicht Vermittlung einerseits Verständigung und wie werden andererseits Differenzen konturiert und geordnet? Die Beiträger*innen beleuchten hierzu ein breites Spektrum an Vermittlungsverhältnissen – von der Wissensweitergabe über die Aushandlung divergierender Wissensansprüche bis hin zu Fällen, in denen die Notwendigkeit der Aufrechterhaltung von Differenz betont wird.
