Building the Future from Multidisciplinary Perspectives brings together research that addresses challenges in education,
finance, and law, articulating a comprehensive vision oriented toward social development. It analyzes key educational transformations in response to the need to understand neurodiverse complexity in relation to family environments; the impact
of social media on university well-being; and the importance of a digital humanism that guides technological upbringing
in early childhood. The volume explores the possibilities of the expanded classroom through generative AI assistants, the
value of disruptive thinking for problem-solving, and the urgency of addressing socio-educational violence in vulnerable
communities. It also presents financial and administrative perspectives within a globalized context, highlighting the importance of strategic planning capable of anticipating risks and seizing opportunities, as well as the role of financial valuation in
strengthening business decision-making. Finally, from a legal perspective, it develops relevant juridical and political issues:
constitutional rationality in presidential vacancy processes, the relationship between political disqualification and digital
communication, law as a tool for sustainability, and the strengthening of public oversight in municipalities. Taken together,
the contributions propose multidisciplinary pathways to build a more just, efficient, and sustainable future.
