“Zukünfte der Philologien im Medienwandel” explores the intersections between the genesis of works, literary estates, archives and the public sphere. These intersections are conceived as spaces for thought and fields of influence. This volume addresses four thematic areas: “Archival intersections in the context of their institutional transformation.” The focus of this cluster lies on the transitions between archives, publishers, philological editing projects and libraries, as well as on the potential uses for society and research. “Transcriptions between analogue and digital sign systems.” This concerns the role played by processes of transcription in creative textual genesis (Grésillon) and in philological (editions), archival (inventories), curatorial (exhibitions) and performative (theatre) contexts.
