Die Kooperation von Grundschullehrkräften und Lehrkräften für sonderpädagogische Förderung ist eine zentrale Voraussetzung für die Realisierung inklusiver Bildung und steht im Fokus dieser Dissertation. Die Ergebnisse verweisen auf ein komplexes Bedingungsgefüge der Kooperation und machen die Variabilität von Co-Teaching im Unterricht sichtbar. Fallstudien mit einer empirischen Typenbildung auf Basis mehrerer Datensorten ermöglichen eine Annäherung an das Zusammenspiel von Bedingungen, Prozessen und Überzeugungen. Insgesamt liefert die Forschungsarbeit differenzierte Einblicke in die interprofessionelle Kooperation und schärft das Verständnis für ihre Komplexität.
