Ideologievorwurf, Ressourcen-Etikettierungs-Dilemma, exkludierende pädagogische Praxen – die Hoffnungen inklusiver Pädagogik scheinen weitgehend enttäuscht. Es gilt daher auszuloten, ob und wie ein bildungspolitisches Projekt der Inklusion noch einen Beitrag zur Demokratisierung des Bildungssystems leisten kann. Was kann es heißen, die Debatten um Inklusion zu (re-)politisieren? Was, sie gesellschaftstheoretisch zu fundieren? Mithilfe radikaler Demokratietheorien zeigt Jens Geldner, dass es sich hier wie dort von Essentialismen und diskursiven Schließungen dessen zu lösen gilt, was Inklusion sein soll. Was bleibt, ist ein Einsatz für die Anerkennung der Kontingenz und Umstrittenheit pädagogischer Ordnungen.
