Mit Hassrede beschäftigen sich sowohl die Linguistik als auch die Justiz. Beide sind u.a. an der Auslegung von potenziell strafbaren Äußerungen interessiert. Allerdings ist diese Schnittstelle bislang weitgehend unbeachtet geblieben. Der vorliegende Band bringt komplementäre Expertisen von Linguistik und Justiz zusammen mit dem Ziel, Impulse zu einer linguistisch-juristischen Fundierung und Schematisierung der Auslegung von Hassrede zu geben.
