This book is the catalogue of the exhibition BiblioAlimentaria. Its main goal is to publish part of the immense bibliography (books and manuscripts) of the libraries of the University of Coimbra, in which concerns the widely field of food (agriculture, cooking, table manners, sociability, commerce, industry, administration, health and well-being). The references are grouped in five thematic nucleus: Gastronomic Memory; Accounting and Management; Medicine and Pharmacopeia; Society and Good Manners.
