Portuguese Cinemas | Mozambique | Self and HeteroPerceptions is a book that results from the 6º International Symposium of Portuguese Cinemas, organized at Coimbra University at 2015, that has treated mozambican cinema from colonial time till nowadays, in a year that african portuguese language countries celebrate the 40º year of independance. In the meeting were presente a mozambican delegacy, which includes the reseacher and professor Nataniel Ngomane, the directors Licínio de Azevedo, Sol de Carvalho, João Ribeiro and Diana Manhiça, and Djalma Lourenço as director of the INAC. Behond those, were also present or cooperate in the book researchers from Italy (Livia Apa and Francesca de Rosa), Brazil (Jorge Cruz) and Portugal (José Manuel Costa, Ansgar Schaefer, Sílvia Vieira, Paulo Cunha and Jorge Seabra), debating, during two days, mozambican cinema from colonial time till actuality or its realities and perspectives.
