Kämpf folgt den Spuren der speziellen deutschen Geschichte des Pädophiliediskurses. Sie analysiert, wie eine Figur aus der Frühzeit der Sexualforschung - die im Nationalsozialismus teilweise antisemitisch aufgeladen wurde und während der »Sexuellen Revolution« eine große Rolle spielte - zum Kristallisationspunkt von biopolitischen Sicherheits- und Risikodiskursen werden konnte.
