The objective was to determine the relationship between teaching teamwork and the fulfillment of school management commitments in the emblematic educational institutions of the primary level of the city of Puno, 2019, Puno - Peru. The research approach was quantitative; the type of research was non-experimental since the variables lacked intentional manipulation, and its form was descriptive and correlational; the research method is hypothetical-deductive. The population consisted of 129 teachers from the aforementioned institutions. To collect the information, two questionnaires were applied based on the two variables: team teaching work and compliance with school management commitments. The results of the research show that there is a 61% moderate positive correlation between both variables.
