Identifying and treating traumatic dental injuries is an extremely important part of the dentistry profession. The stomatognathic system is a complex structure that is rich with tactile and motor neuron sensors and therefore trauma to the area should be diagnosed and treated as quickly and effectively as possible. Trauma in Dentistry not only covers the scientific basis of dental trauma and dental trauma-related matters, but it also draws attention to advanced diagnostic and treatment methods for dealing with traumatic dental injuries.
