There are numerous examples of strategic litigation in Austria – including examples of climate lititgation as well as intimidation lawsuits (“SLAPPs”) against the climate movement. The contributions in this book discuss the theoretical background of strategic litigation, analyze legal issues in connection with this practice and, above all, allow the actors involved in strategic litigation to share their experiences with a broader audience.
