The entire functional self-administration, in particular the skilled crafts organization, relies on the commitment of volunteers. In practice, however, there is sometimes a need for clarification regarding the rights and obligations of volunteers. The study examines this issue and includes the practical perspective. The work is based on municipal and administrative procedural law and includes references to civil law. It provides answers to fundamental questions about the relationship between volunteers and full-time officials.
