This research focused on how the architectural design of food processing plants located in the district of Sullana is related to environmental sustainability. It was a basic, analytical, structured study; with a non-experimental, cross-sectional, descriptive, correlational design; having 9 food processing plants as study units. The results of the study show that with a p_Value greater than the significance level, the architectural envelope structure is not significantly related to the quality of air, water and soil in food processing plants. With a p_Value greater than the significance level, it is not significantly related to air, water and soil quality in food processing plants. Architectural space and air, water and soil pollution. With a p_Value of 0.018, architectural space is significantly related to air quality; however, with a p_Value well above the significance level, architectural space is not significantly related to water and soil quality. These findings allow us to conclude that with a p_Value of 0.764, architectural design is not significantly related to environmental sustainability in food processing plants in the district of Sullana.
