By integrating sports science principles into children’s health initiatives, we not only contribute to long-term sustained athletic performance but also foster comprehensive health outcomes . With appropriate immediate, short-term, and long-term interventions, we can enhance athletes’ adaptability to navigate the complex and ever-changing competitive landscape.
