The objective of this reprint is to offer readers the most up-to-date insights into managing both ruptured and unruptured cerebral aneurysms. Despite recent advancements in diagnosing and treating these aneurysms, their associated complications significantly affect patient outcomes at various stages of the disease. The early identification and effective management of potential complications are therefore crucial. Additionally, selecting appropriate candidates for preventive treatment and refining treatment strategies can further enhance outcomes. Within this reprint, neurovascular specialists from around the globe contribute their research findings and perspectives on various aspects of cerebral aneurysm management. These contributions aim to deepen our understanding of the pathophysiological mechanisms behind this complex condition and pave the way for optimizing treatment guidelines in the future.
