The 16th volume of the Jahrbuch Medienpädagogik series is dedicated to the profound mediatisation of our living and everyday world and combines this with central educational issues in media education and didactics. Empirical and theoretical research work is presented on the central fields of reflection in media education in relation to the processes and consequences of profound mediatisation. The contributions make it clear that the profound mediatisation affects all areas of life and education and makes corresponding research necessary. The complex and accelerated processes of change from the perspective of media education and media didactics are interpreted, researched and shaped in terms of their significance for the fields of education, teaching, learning, upbringing, socialisation and the professionalisation of teachers.; Das 16. Jahrbuch Medienpädagogik widmet sich der tiefgreifenden Mediatisierung unserer Lebens- und Alltagswelt und verbindet diese mit zentralen medienpädagogischen und fachdidaktischen Bildungsfragen. Es werden empirische und theoretische Forschungsarbeiten zu den zentralen Reflexionsfeldern der Medienpädagogik in Bezug auf die Prozesse und Konsequenzen einer tiefgreifenden Mediatisierung dargestellt. Die Beiträge verdeutlichen, dass die tiefgreifende Mediatisierung alle Lebens- und Bildungsbereiche betrifft und eine entsprechende Forschung dazu notwendig macht. Die vielschichtigen und beschleunigten Wandlungsprozesse aus der Perspektive der Medienpädagogik und den mediendidaktisch-orientierten Fachdidaktiken werden in ihrer Bedeutung für die Themenfelder Bildung, Lehren, Lernen, Erziehung, Sozialisation sowie Professionalisierung von Lehrpersonen interpretiert, erforscht und gestaltet.
