2022 marked the centenary of the birth of Mario Lodi, extraordinary primary school teacher and author of numerous volumes and fiction writings for children (some written together with his students, such as the famous "Cipì"). Lodi was an important protagonist of the school renewal of the second half of the twentieth century, whose legacy is still alive today. The volume explores some aspects of this legacy on historical-educational, pedagogical and didactic levels, in a multidisciplinary perspective.
