Title in English: Values in literature and arts VI: The proceedings of the international conference Values in literature and arts VI held on September 14–15, 2023 in Brno, Czech Republic The publication presents the text of papers presented at the international scientific conference organized by the Department of Slavonic Studies of the Faculty of Arts of Masaryk University Brno on 14 and 15 September 2023. The papers are classified in six sections according to their thematic focus. The basic theme of value is treated by the authors of the papers from different methodological angles, with the basic focus being the axiological reflection of external processes and events in literary works of various genres (prose, drama, diary, journalism) with overlapping into the field of aesthetics, philosophy and linguistics. Proceedings are intended primarily for the professional Slavic community, but also for researchers focused on axiological questions in art in general. The proceedings can also be used in university teaching as supplementary information for lectures and in specialized seminars. Contributions focusing on specific topics can be used by a wider range of readers.
