Wie lässt sich das Programm transformatorischer Bildung auf den Bereich religiöser Bildungsprozesse anwenden? Marcin Morawski widmet sich dem in der Erziehungswissenschaft von Hans-Christoph Koller und Winfried Marotzki angestoßenen Diskurs und überträgt ihn in den religionspädagogischen Kontext. Dabei nutzt er die Reflexionsphilosophie Paul Ricœurs und die reflexive Hermeneutik Theodor Schulzes, um die Biographien polnischstämmiger Religionslehrer*innen im Hinblick auf fremdheitsbedingte Bildungsprozesse zu analysieren. So zeigt sich, dass religiöse Bildung nicht auf Sachwissen reduziert werden darf, sondern Impulse geben muss, anders zu denken und zu handeln.
