Dieses Open-Access-Buch versammelt Arbeiten, die im Rahmen von New Normal entstanden sind. New Normal - das ist ein vom Bayerischen Staatsministerium für Wissenschaft und Kunst und der Vereinigung der Bayerischen Wirtschaft gefördertes Entwicklungs- und Forschungsprojekt mit dem Ziel, digitale und analoge Lehre zukunftsfähig miteinander zu verbinden. Vier verschiedene Ansätze werden in dem Band vorgestellt, wie dies umgesetzt werden kann. Neben der Entwicklung einer Leitlinie für Lehrende wird ein Modell für hybride Portfolios als kompetenzorientierte Prüfungsform vorgestellt. Es wird gezeigt, wie Flipped Classroom digital unterstützt werden kann, und wie Lehrende, Studierende und Hochschuldidaktiker und -didaktikerinnen bei der Entwicklung innovativer Lehre zusammenarbeiten können.
