Garantir à tout citoyen un revenu minimum sans aucune condition. Telle est l'idée du revenu de base universel : un même montant quelle que soit la composition du ménage, que l’on soit riche ou pauvre et sans la moindre exigence d’effort en contrepartie. Bonne idée ? La proposition fait des adeptes de plus en plus nombreux, à gauche comme à droite.
