The volume presents the PraDISP tool, a new evaluation scale aimed at the observation, reflection and redesign of the teaching practices of primary school teachers. The intent is to support primary school teachers in self-evaluation and comparison, on the basis of valid and reliable criteria, in order to promote their professionalism through constant formative evaluation, aimed to improve the quality of teaching.
