The aim of this special issue was to collect and contribute to the dissemination of high-quality research articles, as well as review articles, focusing on the relationship between oxidative-stress-related diseases and cellular responses in different pathologies, including ischemic stroke, diabetes, kidney disease, cardiovascular, and neurodegenerative diseases. Molecular targets of cellular membranes, as well as their potential modulation under oxidative stress, will be also considered in an attempt to provide more information about cell response to oxidative stress and its possible modulation via novel pharmacological strategies.
